We recognize that choosing an independent school is a significant investment in your child’s future. To help make an Alverno education accessible to more families, we offer need-based tuition assistance to those who qualify.
Our tuition assistance program reflects our commitment to building a welcoming and inclusive community. Awards are determined by each family’s demonstrated financial need, and we encourage all families who may require assistance to apply.

Applying For Tuition Assistance
Alverno Heights Academy partners with Clarity, a secure and user-friendly financial aid application platform, to help families navigate the application process.
The tuition assistance application is separate from the new student admissions application. New families seeking tuition assistance need to first submit their student/s application/s prior to submitting their Clarity application. They must complete both processes during the same admissions cycle.
How to Apply for Tuition Assistance:
- Visit the Clarity application portal.
- Create an account or sign in to your existing account.
- Select Alverno Heights Academy as your school.
- Complete the financial aid application and submit the required documentation.
- Submit your application by the appropriate deadline.
Tution and Payment Options
Alverno Heights Academy strives to provide an exceptional educational experience while remaining mindful of the financial commitment families make.
In addition to need-based tuition assistance, Alverno offers tuition payment options administered through FACTS Tuition Management.

Tuition Assistance awards are based on each family’s demonstrated financial need. Through Clarity, families provide information about household income, assets, expenses, and other financial circumstances.Each application is considered individually, and awards are dependent on demonstrated need.
No. The admissions and financial aid processes are separate and independent of one another. Applying for tuition assistance does not negatively affect your child’s consideration for admission.
No. Families must submit their tuition assistance applications and new student applications during the same admissions cycle.
Yes. Tuition Assistance applications are handled confidentially, and financial information is used for the purpose of evaluating demonstrated financial need.
